Management Section

Our team is responsible for the organizational management, human resource management, and accounting and financial management of the organization in order to ensure stable business operations. Our team's role is to create an organization that is rewarding to be involved with, and to create a system that supports the growth of people through the activities of our organization. Currently, we are working on organizational management, regulations, and accounting The management team has recently gained two new members, and we are planning to improve the frequency of meetings and the division of roles.

Team Manager:
Hideyuki Mano
After graduating from university, he joined a tire manufacturer in 2014 and engaged in personnel and general affairs at the head office and factory. Currently, he is in charge of personnel and labor operations at a space startup company. He began to be involved in ASHA in October 2020, and with the establishment of the secretariat in September 2021, he was appointed as a director and secretary general, and is engaged in the overall management of the organization.

Management Officer :
Kazuki Hibino
After graduating from university, he joined an independent consulting firm, where he worked in the M&A Division and Internal Audit Office before being posted overseas. During his assignment, he was involved in more than 100 consulting projects. He also experienced the establishment of new branches and organizational management of the firm. After returning to Japan, he worked as the General Manager of the Nagoya Branch Office and then moved to a foreign consulting firm. Currently, he is mainly engaged in M&A projects. He joined ASHA because he felt that there was a lot of room for improvement in the medical field and that ASHA's activities had a high affinity with it. He supports the organization as a member of the secretariat.

Management Officer :
Mariko Okamoto
After graduating from university, she joined a general consulting firm. Engaged in support related to organization and human resource fields, including support for HR system implementation and HR due diligence. With a desire to contribute to solving social issues, she decided to join ASHA after sympathizing with its philosophy and joined the secretariat.

We are in charge of public relations activities for ASHA in order to attract more people to become fans of ASHA, to secure stable funding for ASHA activities, to increase the number of fans, and to collect donations. Specifically, we are working on creating an introduction video that will help people understand ASHA immediately and renewing our website to make it easier to read and understand. We are also asking everyone for donations.

PR Manager:
Kazushi Terashita
Graduated from Akita International University in August 2014. During his studies, he experienced a one-year exchange program at the University of Malaya (Malaysia). After graduating, he joined a major construction company, where he worked in the accounting department and launched a civil engineering project. He was in charge of public relations for five years at the University Festival Executive Committee, which he belonged to with his co-chairman, and worked hard to double the number of visitors by organizing the public relations department and practicing diversification of public relations channels. At ASHA, he is currently working on the PR team to develop future PR strategies.

PR Officer :
Miri Taniyama
Joined ASHA in June 2020 and founded the ASHA PR Team. Currently working for a major plant engineering company. After graduation from Akita International University in March 2021. While studying development economics at Seoul National University's Department of Economics, being interested in air pollution and health after suffering from PM2.5, and chose the current company to conduct multifaceted research on the impact of plants on local residents in developing countries. Future dream is to build hospitals in medically depopulated areas and establish a universal medical and health care system.

PR Officer :
Kyohei Sato
After graduating from university, working for an independent wine trading company in 2005. Joined ASHA in April 2009. Although it was in a different field from his current job, he was impressed by the ideas of the representative, and decided to join ASHA. From the experience of creating the website for the university festival, and he is working on the renewal of the website within ASHA.

PR Officer:
Chisato Nakamura
Entered Akita International University in 2018 and is currently enrolled in the Global Studies program there. As a junior high school student, visited a museum and was fascinated by the countries of Southeast Asia. When she was in her first year of university, this fascination led her to Nepal. There, she realized the goodness of Nepal and decided to join ASHA, thinking that she could make some kind of contribution to Nepal. Currently, she is working hard as a member of ASHA's PR team to spread the word about ASHA's activities.

PR Officer :
Saya Sato
Entered Akita International University in 2019. Currently enrolled in the Global Business program there. She decided to do an internship at ASHA because she wanted to be involved in healthcare from an international perspective, which has been her goal since high school, and she wanted to gain a perspective in the field. She has been working in the PR team since January 2021.

PR Officer :
Emiru Narita
Entered Akita International University in 2019 and is currently enrolled in the basic education program. She wanted to make a contribution to society by utilizing her own characteristics, and she felt that she could achieve this at ASHA. Currently a member of the PR team at ASHA, and is mainly in charge of video production and design of the website and goods.

PR Officer :
Hinako Shimoji
Entered Akita International University and is currently enrolled in the Global Studies program there. She became interested in healthcare systems in developing countries after reading a book by Satoshi Nakamura when she was a high school student. She is a member of the PR team at ASHA, where she is mainly in charge of social networking and fundraising.
