In the rapidly advancing digital landscape of Nepal, Ayata, a local IT company, primarily focuses on creating internet-based interfaces in the fields of health, education, and financial technology. They are engaged in the development, authorization, and support of various software products and services.

Co-founder and CEO of Ayata, bringing extensive skills and experience in the software industry. Holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering and has over 7 years of experience in software design and development. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Kathmandu University, actively enhancing expertise for further business expansion.

Co-founder and CTO of Ayata. Also serving as the Technical Project Manager at ASHA Japan, overseeing and managing the technical aspects of the organization's projects. Leveraging extensive experience and expertise in the fields of digital health and technology, driving innovation by merging technology and healthcare.
Amresh Subedi
Chief Operating Officer
Possessing a wide range of skills including iOS development, expertise in health data integration using HL7 FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources), project management, and maintaining client relationships. Drawing on experience working with major Nepalese companies such as Via-Net and NMB Bank, contributing to ASHA's projects.
The Ganesh Ujan (GU) Memorial Foundation is a non-political and non-profit social organization established in memory of the deceased Ganesh Kumar Shrestha and Ujan (Bhawan) Kumar Shrestha, who lived in Pokali VDC, Okhaldhunga District. In collaboration with the Social Welfare Council, the foundation engages in programs related to education, health, sports, and social welfare for the development of children in rural areas of Nepal. It collaborates with various organizations, both nationally and internationally, to implement these programs.
A local non-profit organization that advocates for the realization of a sustainable and comprehensive healthcare delivery system utilizing the power of "Community × Local Government." Bishal Belbase, the representative, is a physician with experience in providing healthcare in depopulated areas. Believing in the importance of creating a self-sustaining mechanism that doesn't solely rely on healthcare professionals and empowers local governments, he established Karma Health.

A Nepalese physician who founded the non-profit organization Karma Health to realize affordable and high-quality primary healthcare in Nepal. Serving as the overall coordinator of the Community Health Program in the Rajpur region of western Nepal, they are actively involved in monitoring the quality of healthcare, building partnerships with local authorities, and advancing projects implemented by Karma Health. Additionally, they continue their medical practice.
Bishal Chaudhary
Director of Operations & Administration
Born in the surrounding area of Rajpur. After obtaining a degree in management at university, they worked as a project manager at the international NGO BSE, then in marketing for a foreign automotive company, and later within NGOs in Nepal. They took on roles as a local representative for ASHA and Karma Health. Since September 2019, they have been serving as the Project Manager for the Rajpur Project, overseeing its management and operations on-site.
