Specified Nonprofit Organization ASHA (hereinafter referred to as " the Organization") complies with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" and related laws and regulations, guidelines and other norms stipulated by the government in handling personal information. We have established the following privacy policy to ensure the appropriate handling of such information.
Acquisition of Personal Information
When acquiring personal information, the Organization will make every effort to clarify the purpose for which the information is to be used, and will acquire personal information through legal and fair means.

The personal information obtained by the Organization will be used within the scope of the purposes stated at the time of acquisition (including use within a range reasonably related to those purposes), as well as for the following purposes:

Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc., of Personal Information
If there is a request from the individual for disclosure, correction/addition/deletion, suspension of use/deletion, or notification of the purpose of use regarding personal information held by the Organization, the Organization will respond appropriately after confirming that the requester is the individual in question. Employee Education and Supervision
The Organization conducts continuous personal information protection measures to ensure the safe management of personal information when handled by employees. Appropriate supervision of employees is also carried out.
Revision of Personal Information Protection Policy, etc.
The Organization may revise the personal information protection policy to effectively implement personal information protection. Any revisions to the personal information protection policy will be announced on the Organization's website.
